Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Method

  • Mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and set aside. Cream butter and peanut butter together in food processor.
  • Add white and brown sugar and process until smooth.
  • Add egg and vanilla and process until well blended.
  • Add flour mixture and blend until the mixture forms a ball.
  • Break off 50 to 60
  • pieces and form balls.
  • Place on cookie sheets and crisscross with a fork.
  • Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
