- 1 head celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1/2 lb. green beans
- 4 zucchini
- 1 lb. fresh spinach, beets, greens or chard
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 large potato
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 head cauliflower or 1 head broccoli
- 1 turnip
- 1 parsnip
- 2 cloves garlic
- herbs (thyme, oregano and marjoram)
- spring water
Method
- J. D. wrote this recipe in his kindergarten class at age 6: Cook bread in a frying pan.
- Cut out a circle.
- Crack an egg in it. Turn it over two times.
- The egg sticks on the toast so you cut it.
