Ingredients

  • 1 head celery
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 lb. green beans
  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 lb. fresh spinach, beets, greens or chard
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 large potato
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 head cauliflower or 1 head broccoli
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 parsnip
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • herbs (thyme, oregano and marjoram)
  • spring water

Method

  • J. D. wrote this recipe in his kindergarten class at age 6: Cook bread in a frying pan.
  • Cut out a circle.
  • Crack an egg in it. Turn it over two times.
  • The egg sticks on the toast so you cut it.
