- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 c. rice
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 medium cabbages
- 2 eggs
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. cooking oil
Method
- Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Add a little water halfway through cooking time, if needed.
