Ingredients
- 3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. diced bananas
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 3 eggs
Method
- Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt. Add the diced bananas to the dry ingredients along with the oil, crushed pineapple with its juice, vanilla and eggs.
- Stir to blend, but do not beat.
- Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tests done. When cooled, remove and drizzle with Butter Rum Icing or frost as desired.
