Ingredients
- 12 cup pineapple, concentrate
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger (or powdered or bottled)
- 1 -3 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 12 lbs chicken thighs
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, add chicken, and marinate chicken for a minimum of five hours.
- Bake or grill chicken till done.
