- 1 stick butter

- cabbage
Method
- Put 1 stick of butter in pan and cut cabbage (pepper and salt it).
- Cook until tender.
- Mix together a scant tablespoon of flour,
- vinegar,
- sugar
- and milk. Set cabbage off after it has become tender and pour this mixture over it, return to cook until flour is cooked but do not boil.
