Ingredients
- 1 gal. hot peppers, sliced in rings
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 large bottle ketchup or 2 small
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Pour hot water over rings and let set for 4 or 5 minutes. Bring to a boil the oil, sugar, vinegar, ketchup and salt.
- Drain rings and add to boiled mixture.
- Bring to a boil again and place in jars and seal at once.
