- 4 oz. Coleman dry mustard
- 1 c. malt vinegar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Combine dry mustard and vinegar, mixing well.
- Cover with Saran.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Beat eggs and sugar together.
- Add mustard and vinegar mixture.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
