Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 or 3 large egg whites
Method
- Mix cornstarch, sugar and water in little saucepan and bring to boil and let boil until clear (1 minute or so).
- Beat egg whites until real stiff.
- Fold hot mixture into stiff egg whites.
- Put on pie, sealing edges to crust and bake at 400° until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
