Ingredients

  • 1 doz. hard-cooked eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 small can cocktail shrimp
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • paprika

Method

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise until moist.
  • Add a few shrimp and some finely chopped parsley.
  • Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  • Refill egg white halves with mixture.
  • Top with 1 shrimp and small sprig of parsley; sprinkle with paprika.
  • Yields 8 to 12 servings.
