Ingredients
- 1 doz. hard-cooked eggs
- mayonnaise
- 1 small can cocktail shrimp
- fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- paprika
Method
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise until moist.
- Add a few shrimp and some finely chopped parsley.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
- Refill egg white halves with mixture.
- Top with 1 shrimp and small sprig of parsley; sprinkle with paprika.
- Yields 8 to 12 servings.
