Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 oz. unsweetened cocoa
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- ice cream or Cool Whip (optional)
Method
- Melt butter and combine with cocoa.
- Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and add cocoa mixture.
- Add flour and pecans.
- Pour in 9-inch greased pie pan and bake in preheated 325° oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot with ice cream or Cool Whip.
