Ingredients

  • 1 brownie mix
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (4 oz.) container nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Method

  • Grease two (9-inch) round layer cake pans.
  • Prepare brownie mix as package directs for cake-like brownies.
  • Pour into pans.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • In a large bowl mix sweetened condensed milk and water.
  • Beat in pudding mix.
  • Chill 5 minutes.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Place one brownie layer on serving plate.
  • Top with half each of the pudding mixture and strawberries.
  • Add second layer and remainder of pudding mixture and strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
