Ingredients
- 1 brownie mix
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (4 oz.) container nondairy whipped topping
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Method
- Grease two (9-inch) round layer cake pans.
- Prepare brownie mix as package directs for cake-like brownies.
- Pour into pans.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl mix sweetened condensed milk and water.
- Beat in pudding mix.
- Chill 5 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Place one brownie layer on serving plate.
- Top with half each of the pudding mixture and strawberries.
- Add second layer and remainder of pudding mixture and strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
