Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 4 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 3/4 tsp. mustard seed
Method
- Boil solution for 5 minutes.
- Pour boiling hot brine over cukes in jars.
- Put on heated caps and screw band tight.
- Process in hot water or bath 5 minutes.
- Fills 5 pint jars.
- Add more sugar for sweeter pickles.
