Ingredients

  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. celery salt (optional)
  • 1 pkg. herb-flavored stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 to 10 pieces chicken

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salts, pepper and paprika.
  • Dip chicken in mixture.
  • Roll in crushed stuffing crumbs.
  • Arrange chicken in greased, shallow baking dish.
  • Brush with melted butter or margarine.
  • Cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
