Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 4 oz. melted chocolate
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Method

  • Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar.
  • Blend eggs in, one at a time, until well mixed.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture.
  • Chill dough overnight.
  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Drop teaspoon of dough into confectioners sugar (1 box only) and coat well.
  • Place 2-inches apart on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Don't overbake.
  • Makes 6 dozen.
