Ingredients
- 8 ounces of Lump Crab (or good
- quality canned lump crab)
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1 tablespoon horseradish (or
- more to your taste)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Paprika or Cayenne on top
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Bake for 20 minutes--sprinkle a little paprika or cayenne on top for looks.
- I usually bake in a size-appropriate baking dish that can be used to serve it as well.
