Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of Lump Crab (or good
  • quality canned lump crab)
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish (or
  • more to your taste)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Paprika or Cayenne on top

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Bake for 20 minutes--sprinkle a little paprika or cayenne on top for looks.
  • I usually bake in a size-appropriate baking dish that can be used to serve it as well.
