Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (unsweetened), drained and save juice
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts with skins
- 2 c. diced apples with skins
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
- 1 egg
- 1 large Cool Whip
Method
- Drain pineapple (save juice).
- Mix crushed pineapple and marshmallows together and put into a bowl with a cover.
- Let set overnight (approximately 8 hours) in refrigerator.
