Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Cut In Half
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 23 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 dash Lemon Juice (optional)

Method

  • Puree everything.
  • Pour into an oven-safe dish.
  • Top with a drizzle of lemon juice, although to be honest, most of the time I forget the lemon juice and I have never noticed a difference.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with pita chips, slices of bread, or crackers.
