Ingredients
- 14 ounces, weight Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Cut In Half
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 23 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 dash Lemon Juice (optional)
Method
- Puree everything.
- Pour into an oven-safe dish.
- Top with a drizzle of lemon juice, although to be honest, most of the time I forget the lemon juice and I have never noticed a difference.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with pita chips, slices of bread, or crackers.
