Ingredients

  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 green chilis thai, or 1/2 jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup cashews soaked in water for three hours, then drained
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon miso paste or a big pinch of salt
  • 1 green onion

Method

  • combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and process until smooth and uniform
  • It should keep in the fridge for up to five days.
