- 1 lime
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch mint
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 green onion
- 2 green chilis thai, or 1/2 jalapeno
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup cashews soaked in water for three hours, then drained
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon miso paste or a big pinch of salt
- 1 green onion
Method
- combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and process until smooth and uniform
- It should keep in the fridge for up to five days.
