- 1 c. mayo
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- garlic to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Chop artichoke hearts.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into shallow baking dish.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
- Serve with Wheat Thins or crackers.
