- 1 lb salmon, cut ito 4 portions
- 13 cup light soy sauce
- 14 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 14 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, divided use
- 1 (6 ounce) package chow mein noodles
- 5 green onions, chopped
Method
- rinse and pat fish dry.
- place in a nonmetallic container, set aside.
- combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice brown sugar, oil gingerroot, cilantro and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a small bowl pour mixture over fish.
- marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
- place fish and marinade in a med.
- nonstick skillet with a lid.
- cook fish over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, flip once during cooking serve fish and sauce over noodles.
- sprinkle with green onions and remaining sesame seeds.
