- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 2 c. diced, peeled, fresh pears
- 1/2 c. fudge topping
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Stir together first 2 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Cut in butter until crumbly; stir in egg yolk.
- Press evenly onto bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake at 350° for 18 minutes; cool.
- Reduce oven temperature to 325°.
