Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs (whole)
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 apples
- 1 c. pecans (optional)
Method
- Peel apples and slice thin.
- Mix ingredients until a smooth batter.
- Add apples to batter (also pecans).
- Bake at 325° in greased Bundt pan 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with frosting made from powdered sugar and a little water.
