Ingredients
- 5 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 5 c. cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. whole allspice
- 4 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks
Method
- Place first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven.
- Place allspice and cinnamon sticks in center of 6-inch square of cheesecloth and tie with string.
- Add spices to punch mixture and simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 17 (6-ounce) servings.
