Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch of small green onion
  • 6 ounces pastrami

Method

  • Chop the green onions and the pastromi, (I use Buddig).
  • Mix all together.
  • Spoon it onto a large piece of saran wrap.
  • As you close up the saran wrap around it shape it into a ball.
  • Place in the fridge until you are ready to use.
  • Just unwrap and place on a decorative plate with crackers around it.
  • We use gluten free crackers, or corn chips.
  • Make a seperate ball for gluten free people to avoid contamination.
