Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 small red sweet onion
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Method
- Wash and cut broccoli into small bite-size pieces.
- Add diced onion.
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together; pour over broccoli.
- If to thick to pour easily, add a small amount of vinegar.
- One half hour before serving, add bacon and mix well.
