Ingredients

  • 800g washed potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Honey Mustard Vegie Pourover, plus extra to serve
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 x 80g pork medallion steaks or 4 x 150g pork cutlets
  • olive oil spray
  • steamed baby carrots, green beans and corn cobs, to serve Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06

Method

  • Boil or steam potato until tender; drain.
  • Mash potatoes then stir in Vegie Pourover, milk and seasoning.
  • Cover and keep warm.
  • Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium-high heat.
  • Spray pork with oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or to your liking.
  • Remove and wrap in foil to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve mashed potato with pork and steamed vegetables.
  • Drizzle with extra Vegie Pourover and serve immediately.
