Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa or 1 can chili without beans
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Cube and melt cheese in crock-pot or saucepan.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir as needed.
- Serve hot with tortilla/taco chips.
