Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
- 2 slices bread
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.
- Remove bones from salmon.
- Use liquid to moisten bread.
- Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour into loaf dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Can be microwaved at High (100%) until center is set, 7 to 11 minutes.
- If you don't have a carousel, rotate loaf dish 1/2 turn after 1/2 cooking time.
