Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.
  • Remove bones from salmon.
  • Use liquid to moisten bread.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  • Pour into loaf dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Can be microwaved at High (100%) until center is set, 7 to 11 minutes.
  • If you don't have a carousel, rotate loaf dish 1/2 turn after 1/2 cooking time.
