Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork spareribs or pork loin back ribs
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Cut spareribs into serving size pieces.
- Place ribs, bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Cover and roast at 350° for 1 hour.
- Drain.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Brush some of glaze on ribs.
- Roast, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes longer until meat is tender.
- Brush occasionally with remaining glaze.
- Yields 4 servings.
