Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes or yams
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. oatmeal
- 1/3 c. margarine
Method
- Drain sweet potatoes, reserving some liquid.
- Mash the potatoes, adding enough liquid for a smooth consistency.
- Add maple syrup.
- Place in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
