Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 can corn
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles

Method

  • Brown beef, onion and garlic in skillet, mix tomato soup and tomato paste together, add to meat mixture, add whole kernel corn. Boil noodles.
  • Layer in casserole the meat mixture, noodles, cheese and repeat.
  • End with meat mixture and cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
