Ingredients
- 10 sheets laver (nori)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp mirin (sweet sake for cooking)
- 1 1/2 cup water
Method
- Pour water into a pan and place it over the fire.
- Tear laver into pieces and add them into the pan.
- Stir it for a while till the pieces of laver are roughly dissolve.
- Add other ingredients and boil.
- Stir it off and on to prevent from being burnt.
- When it comes to pasty, stop the fire.
- Done!
- Enjoy with cooked rice!
