Ingredients
- 5 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 1/3 c. honey
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. raisins
Method
- Place 1/4 cup of mung beans in a quart jar and cover with tepid water.
- Cover with cheesecloth and tie securely.
- Soak overnight.
- Drain water off.
- Set in a warm, dark place.
- Every day, rinse with tepid water and drain.
- Place in a warm dark place again.
- Repeat 4 to 5 days or until sprouts are as big as you want.
