Ingredients

  • 13 ounces tuna drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
  • 1/4 cup celery diced, or jicama
  • 3 tablespoons jalapeno chilies
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 3 english muffins, split and toasted sandwich-size
  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Method

  • Combine tuna, Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Real Mayonnaise, celery, jalapeno peppers and onion in medium bowl. Evenly spoon onto muffin halves; arrange on baking sheet.
  • Evenly top with cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
