Ingredients
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar (room temperature)
- 2 oz. softened Blue cheese
- 1/4 c. very finely chopped nuts (not powder)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. fresh minced onion
- chopped parsley (to coat balls)
- sliced, stuffed olives (to decorate balls)
Method
- Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl except parsley and olives. Divide in half and form into 2 balls.
- Coat with parsley by rolling, then decorate with olive slices.
- Chill an hour or more before serving with party crackers.
- Stores well in refrigerator, tightly covered.
