Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar (room temperature)
  • 2 oz. softened Blue cheese
  • 1/4 c. very finely chopped nuts (not powder)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. fresh minced onion
  • chopped parsley (to coat balls)
  • sliced, stuffed olives (to decorate balls)

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl except parsley and olives. Divide in half and form into 2 balls.
  • Coat with parsley by rolling, then decorate with olive slices.
  • Chill an hour or more before serving with party crackers.
  • Stores well in refrigerator, tightly covered.
