Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 small pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
  • 3 c. milk

Method

  • Mix flour, margarine and nuts.
  • Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, 1/2 Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
  • Spread on cooled crust.
  • Mix pudding and milk.
  • Pour on cream cheese layer.
  • Allow to thicken.
  • Spread Cool Whip on top.
  • Garnish with pecans.
  • Chill a few hours.
  • Serve!
