Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 small pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Mix flour, margarine and nuts.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, 1/2 Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Mix pudding and milk.
- Pour on cream cheese layer.
- Allow to thicken.
- Spread Cool Whip on top.
- Garnish with pecans.
- Chill a few hours.
- Serve!
