Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Combine cheeses.
- Mix until well blended.
- Add balance of ingredients and mix well. Chill about 2 hours.
- Roll in nuts and chill.
- Makes 2 cheese balls.
