Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Thaw hash browns.
- Combine and mix all ingredients.
- Turn into greased casserole.
- Bake, covered, for approximately 1 hour at 350°.
