Ingredients
- 2 lb. small red potatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 1 c. prepared Original Ranch and Bacon Dressing
- 4 - 5 slices of cooked & crumbled bacon
- chives
Method
- While still warm, cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- Gently toss together all ingredients except chives, saving them for garnish. Serve warm or at room temperature.
