Ingredients
- 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (undrained)
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Reserve 1 cup juice.
- Combine pineapple, remaining fruit and pecans in large bowl.
- Toss gently.
- Combine pudding and the reserved pineapple juice in mixing bowl.
- Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
- Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans and mix gently.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
