Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks (undrained)
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 3/4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Method

  • Drain pineapple.
  • Reserve 1 cup juice.
  • Combine pineapple, remaining fruit and pecans in large bowl.
  • Toss gently.
  • Combine pudding and the reserved pineapple juice in mixing bowl.
  • Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans and mix gently.
  • Makes 10 to 12 servings.
