Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 c. pecan halves
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Method
- In
- 10-inch
- skillet, melt butter.
- Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar melts and nuts brown (8 to 10 minutes).
