- 3 cups Pinepple, Diced
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- 1/2 cups Red Pepper, Diced
- 1/3 cups Red Onion, Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Method
- In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Will keep for at least 3 days in the refrigerator.
