Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can beef bouillon or onion soup
- 1 heaping c. rice
- 1 c. water
Method
- Brown rice in small amount of margarine.
- Brown onion in 1/2 stick margarine.
- Combine all in casserole.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
- Change casserole by adding pork chops.
- Brown pork chops lightly and place on top of rice before baking.
