Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- boiled potatoes
- 1 can drained peas and carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 can water
- minced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Take hamburger; make into small balls; brown and drain off grease.
- In crock-pot, put layer of hamburger balls, cut up boiled potatoes and 1/2 can peas and carrots.
- Add another layer of hamburger balls and potatoes.
- Add the rest of the peas and carrots. Dilute tomato soup with 1/4 can water.
- Pour over all. Can add minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat on low for 5 to 6 hours.
