Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • boiled potatoes
  • 1 can drained peas and carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 can water
  • minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Take hamburger; make into small balls; brown and drain off grease.
  • In crock-pot, put layer of hamburger balls, cut up boiled potatoes and 1/2 can peas and carrots.
  • Add another layer of hamburger balls and potatoes.
  • Add the rest of the peas and carrots. Dilute tomato soup with 1/4 can water.
  • Pour over all. Can add minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat on low for 5 to 6 hours.
