Ingredients
- 450 g ground pork
- 6 spring onions
- handful parsley
- handful rosemary
- handful thyme
- 2 slices bacon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220C/Gas 7.
- Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into 16 equal pieces and roll into balls.
- Place on the prepared tray and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
