Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Mix together the butter and powdered sugar.
- Add flour, vanilla and chopped pecans.
- Roll into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with fingers.
- Place in oven set at 325° for about 15 minutes.
- Roll in powdered sugar while still slightly warm.
