Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 8 ounces fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Creme Fraiche or sour cream

Method

  • In a medium bowl.
  • mix all of the ingredients until well combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • The spread will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
