Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/2 c. garlic and herb cheese spread
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimientos
Method
- Halve eggs lengthwise; scoop out yolks into bowl. Set white halves aside. Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, and pimientos. Spoon into egg white halves. Chill until serving time. Makes 24 appetizers.
