Ingredients
- 4 thick boneless pork chops
- 1 onion, cut into thick slices
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Brown pork chops thoroughly on both sides and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place one slice of onion on each pork chop, then spoon soup mixture over onion.
- Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350°.
